Nappy Warranties
Each brand has their own policy regarding what they cover under warranty and how long the warranty lasts. Here is a list of each brand and their warranties. If you're unsure or have any questions please get in touch.
Anavy
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 24 months, and only for products that are used for normal, non-commercial use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
The buyer has the right to free, timely and proper removal of the defect within the warranty. If this is not possible, the buyer is entitled to request a reasonable discount on the price of the product.
The warranty period starts on the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer, on payment on delivery on the day of receipt and payment of the goods, when paying in advance to the account on the day of delivery of the goods by the seller.
Bubblebubs
Our standard warranty is 6 months from the purchase date or the birth of your child whichever is the later as we understand sometimes you buy nappies well in advance.
Designer Bums
We trust our products completely, so all our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from purchase. We are committed to complying with all our obligations under consumer laws. If a product fails due to a major manufacturing fault or material defect, you can ask for a replacement or refund. Or, we will repair it free of charge if that is possible and practical. For a minor fault or defect, we may repair it free of charge, or if it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion. In the event we have made an error, we will cover all shipping costs.
Our warranty covers:

defective snaps;

defective stitching;
-
defective PUL;
-
defective zippers; and
-
flaws in fabric (but not print placement).
Our warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear;
-
change of mind;
-
sale items;
-
the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components (e.g. fading, pilling and shrinkage in certain fabrics) – natural fibres will shrink after washing;
-
modifications or alterations (e.g. cutting, stitching and removing parts including the care label);
-
damage caused by improper use (e.g. forceful use of snaps);
-
improper care and maintenance (i.e. not following our care instructions, exposing to high heat or chemicals causing delamination);
-
snags; or
-
improper storage;
-
incorrect use and fitting of the products, leaking;
-
not fitting
-
where the purchase was not made directly from Designer Bums or a verified retailer or stockist of our brand (i.e the product was purchased on the second-hand market.)

EcoNaps
We offer a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our modern cloth nappies. This is valid from the date you purchased the item. Our warranty is extended to the original customer who has a purchase receipt that displays the date or purchase and is only available to customers who purchased the product from an authorised EcoNaps retailer.
Our warranty routinely covers most elastics, snaps, TPU waterproofing, seams and zippers.
Our warranty does not cover leaking, nappy odour, normal wear & tear, natural fibre wear holes, pilling, snags or shrinkage.
The warranty is void if a customer has failed to follow the products Care Instructions. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Water temperature exceeding 60ºC

A detergent containing additives (whiteners, bleach, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap

Fabric softeners
-
Any caustic substance
-
Soaking
-
Modifications of any kind an EcoNaps product, including cutting off care tags

Excessive wash routine and/or excessive wear and tear
-
Accidental damage (items caught/torn/melted in a washing machine/dryer)
Ella's House
The Ella's House team is confident in the manufacturing and quality of its products. Ella's House products are covered by 12 months warranty.
- Fabric faults and workmanship
- Snaps
- Stitching
- Zippers
- Elastics
- Shrinkage in natural fibers (organic hemp/organic cotton and organic cotton will shrink 5-7% read fabric description)
- Damage caused to product by using harsh stain removers, biological detergents or bleaching, perfume, softeners
- Adding vinegar or sodium bicarbonate to the wash
- Boil washing (60°C is recommended for nappies , 40°C for PUL products
- Continually tumble drying on a warm or hot heat, or directly on radiators or similar. ( We recommend tumble drying 1 or 2 times/ month to revive fabric)
- Accidental damage on cover and other PUL products: PUL delamination from high temperature washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
- Nappy has been altered - any type of modification such as dyeing, stitching, cutting, removing aspects etc. (including the care label)
- Excessive wear and tear
- Snags
- Fading
- Pilling
Little Lovebum
We maintain high standards and strict quality control, but once in a while a faulty item may slip through the process. If you have received a damaged or faulty item we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Before you return the item, please contact us first with photographs of the fault and your order details. Please do this as soon as you notice the fault, or at the latest six months after receipt. Ultimately, we hope to find a happy resolution as quickly as possible.
We handle faulty returns on an individual basis.

Our warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to excessive or incorrect laundering or mistreatment; the definition of excessive laundering and mistreatment includes but is not limited to:

PUL delamination due to high temperature washing, sun damage, drying on/too close to a radiator or tumble-drying

Damage due to washing above 60 degrees, washing with open hook and loop fasteners (such as Velcro products) or soaking
-
Damage as a result of contact or exposure to fabric softeners, bleach, vinegar, harsh stain removers, natural soaps or barrier creams
-
Excessive wear and tear
A refund can only be obtained by the original seller. This does not affect your statutory rights
Lighthouse Kids Company
Every Lighthouse Kids Diaper comes with a 60 day limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that will look beautiful for years to come. Our warranty covers items purchased through Lighthouse Kids Company's website or an authorized retailer.

Defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations.
WHO IS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY:

Original purchaser who purchased through Lighthouse Kids Company.com or an authorized retailer.
WHO IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY:

Secondhand purchases.

Third party website purchasers (Poshmark, etc.)

Giveaway winners, any person who obtained the bag in a free manner.
Muslinz/Bright Bots
With every issue, repair or exchange we require proof of purchase and photos of the cover(s), whether or not the issue is known.
Our warranty on Envelope Covers covers Snap issues for 12 months, elastic defects for 60 days and workmanship/sewing defects for 30 days. Our warranty on prefolds and terry inserts sewing defects only for 30 days. WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. The name on the invoice/sales receipt must match the name of the individual making the claim. For group buys, please make sure that they are pre-approved by Customer Care and that the names of all individuals participating in said group buy are registered by email.
Delamination: We replace all covers with delaminated PUL that are claimed within a year of purchase, with proof of purchase. We ask for photos of the delamination for confirmation, and once photos have been received and delamination confirmed we will send an e-mail with a few questions for the customer to answer relating to care, and we will provide an address for return of defective merchandise. We require returns of delaminated covers for internal quality control purposes.
Cracked PUL: Cracked PUL occurs when the laminate is severely dried out. This can happen because of water quality, types of detergent, and many other factors out of our control. As such, we do not cover cracked PUL under warranty.
Snaps: We cover snap issues for 12 months on covers that were purchased directly from MuslinZ or authorised MuslinZ retailers, with proof of purchase. We ask for photos if the snap has broken, popped off or chipped. If the snap has broken cleanly and can be replaced this is an option – if not, we will replace the cover completely for the customer. If the snap doesn’t stay snapped, or won’t snap it can often simply be tightened and will be completely usable. If you have access to a snap press this is an easy fix. Alternately, the cover can be shipped back to us and we will fix it free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.
Stretched Braided Elastics: We cover issues with elastics for 60 days, with proof of purchase. Elastics stretch over time and this is inevitable. Factors such as hard water, constant stripping, use of fabric softeners, bleach, vinegar or scented detergents, extreme high temperatures, smaller than recommended stashes, as examples, can affect the life of an elastic and are out of our control. If there is an issue with elastics within 60 days of purchase we will require photos, proof of purchase and details of the issue at hand.
Inserts: We cover all manufacturing defects on both MuslinZ prefolds, Muslinz terries and squares for 30 days with proof of purchase. This includes pre-existing rips to the fabric or sewing-related issues.
Normal Wear and Tear/Non-manufacturing related damages: All products have a limited lifespan despite care taken to preserve them. These products are used to contain such acidic substances as urine and faeces, and are washed regularly. As such, they will all eventually show wear and tear. There is no set amount of time that a nappy product can be expected to last. We do not warranty against degradation from prolonged storage or wear from use including but not limited to holes, runs under snaps, snags on sidewalks or from pools, wood, cement, or washer/dryer problems. If you notice any such thing PRIOR to first wash, please do not wash. Contact Customer Care to organize an exchange.
Used Items: Our warranty does not cover any used items purchased second-hand. We only cover products purchased new directly from MuslinZ or of our amazing retailers. Warranty cannot be transferred.
Pepi Collection
Warranty is extended to the original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.
- All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
- At our discretion, we will organise a replacement and will cover associated postage costs.
Please email us with details and pictures of products as soon as you notice any defects.

- Shrinkage in natural fibres
- Accidental damage on nappy: PUL delamination from high temperature washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
- Accidental damage on inserts: via non-compliant wash routines, washing above 60 degrees, soaking, nappy barrier cream, fabric softeners, bleach, detergents containing: whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, vinegar, natural soaps.
- Any type of modification such as cutting, stitching, removing aspects etc. (including the care label)
- Excessive wear and tear
- Snags
- Fading
- Pilling
Yoho & Co
Yoho & Co provide a 12 month warranty. They will always replace anything that’s faulty but may not be able to replace it with the same print. Warranty exclude wear and tear and the standard modifications, accidental damage etc.
